Choisco provides software development, AI integration, data consolidation, automation, and related consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, fees, and responsibilities are defined in a separate statement of work or services agreement.

2. No guaranteed outcomes

We aim to build useful, reliable systems, but business results depend on many factors outside our control. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, we do not guarantee revenue, cost savings, adoption, or specific operational outcomes.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, access to needed systems, and decisions about legal, compliance, security, and operational requirements.

4. Confidentiality

We treat non-public client information as confidential and expect clients to treat our non-public methods, proposals, and materials as confidential as well.

5. Intellectual property

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Project-specific ownership, licensing, and reuse rights should be defined in the services agreement.
